Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a new habit?

Tap the + button on the home screen, give your habit a name, pick an icon and colour, set how often you want to do it, and save. Your new habit will appear on your home screen ready to track.

How do streaks work?

Every day you mark a habit as complete, your streak grows by one. If you miss a day, the streak resets. The goal is to build momentum and never break the chain.

How do I mark a habit as done?

Tap the habit on your home screen and confirm completion. You can optionally add a photo and your location for that entry.

Can I track habits that aren't daily?

Yes. When creating or editing a habit you can choose custom frequencies such as specific days of the week or a number of times per week.

How do I edit or delete a habit?

Open the habit's detail page and use the edit or delete options in the menu. Deleting a habit removes its history.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings → Export to download your habit data as a CSV or PDF.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link.

Why does the app ask for location and camera permission?

Both are optional. Location lets you remember where you completed a habit, and the camera lets you attach a photo to an entry. The app works fully without either.

Notifications aren't working. How do I fix it?

Check that notifications are enabled for StreakUp Pro in your device Settings, and that you've set reminder times in Settings → Notifications inside the app.
